“This will be my second positive shout out to Erica via review and the way she handles her potential patients . When I decided to pursue a filler of this kind I shopped nationwide. Initially I strongly considered a PMMA Filler because of the longevity of the product which is virtually permanent as opposed to HA fillers that get naturally absorbed by your body over a span of 8-12 months depending on the individual. Costs were virtually the same so why not pay once and not have to worry about follow up and maintenance? I will not get into the details but Erica is the only one of the providers in the 5 that I shopped seriously that made me aware of the real risks of PMMA treatments. I can not stress enough that you must read the agreements and contract and the provider indemnification clauses. 3 of the 5 providers were really interested only in the sale FIRST and second being concerned with CYA. Erica was more concerned with patient first and way more transparent on pre and post operational protocol. Her 12 page instructions I received after making an appointment were detailed in a manner that I had not seen as I shopped. Most providers told me I could reach perfect results after two visits and I would only take one day to do the procedure and get back to work. Erica’s instructions said nothing of the sort. She wants to monitor your results for a minimum of 48 hours in her area and was quite detailed in the manner to recover….at least a week.
