Our Policies
Booking Fee
There is a fee to book and secure an appointment. The cost of the booking fee is based on the service being booked. The booking fee is required to be paid at the time of online or in office bookings to secure an appointment. The booking fee will be applied to services rendered the same day as the scheduled appointment.
Prepayments, Deposits & Booking Fees
All payments for booking fees or services are non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward future treatments within six (6) months of the original payment date if they do not violate the 24-hour cancellation, no show, or late arrival policy.
Payments made for products needing to be purchased for treatments in advance are strictly non-refundable, as inventory must be procured specifically for the patient. The payment is forfeited if the appointment is cancelled as the product was purchased specifically for the patient’s treatment.
Payments made for laboratory services are strictly non-refundable, as orders are placed specifically for the patient, and are paid for at the time of order placement. Patients have 30 days from the time of lab order placement to have labs drawn for review or they will forfeit their service.
Credit Card Fee
A 3% service fee on all transactions made with credit cards or debit cards. Payments made with cash will not incur this fee.
Appointment Policies
Appointments that: are cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time (EST), result in a no-call no-show, or the patient arrives more than ten (10) minutes late, will result in forfeiture of the booking fee and rebooking based on providers’ availability.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will need to cancel and reschedule their appointment. If a client arrives late, and we can still safely accommodate the client, we will make every effort to perform treatment in the remaining scheduled time, however, please note there are NO exceptions, nor life circumstances that will waive the Late Arrival Fee.
Virtual Appointment Patient Responsibilities
Patients must log into their patient portal and complete all required documentation, including but not limited to medical history forms, consent forms for telemedicine, and HIPAA privacy acknowledgments, prior to their appointment. Failure to complete required documentation will result in forfeiture of the appointment and associated booking fee. Rescheduling will be based on providers’ availability.
Patients are expected to join their virtual appointment from a private, quiet area where they can comfortably discuss personal medical concerns and, if required, participate in a visual assessment. Please note:
If an appropriate assessment cannot be performed due to the patient’s environment, or if necessary information cannot be gathered, the provider may be unable to complete the appointment.
In such cases, the patient may be required to schedule an additional appointment to complete the evaluation, which will be subject to the standard appointment fees.
To avoid delays, additional charges, or incomplete visits, patients should ensure they are prepared with privacy, proper technology access, and any required forms or documents at the time of the appointment.
Appointment Changes / Cancellations / No Show Policy
All appointment changes or cancellations will be subject to the Changes/Cancellations/ No Show fee.
Changes/Cancellations can only be made by emailing info@districtinjector.com, sending the office a text message, or calling the office & leaving a voicemail with Full Name, DOB, Appointment Date & Time, at 202-800-0612. Cancellations/changes done through means not previously mentioned, or social media are not and will not be accepted.
Appointment Changes / Cancellations / No Show of Multiple Services Booked Policy
Appointment times are blocked based on what services WILL be completed, not what might be completed. We know life happens, and things come up, but we must respect our provider’s time. If you are unable to do all the services booked, please let us know 24 hours BEFORE your appointment so we can adjust your appointment time accordingly and treat a client off the waiting list. If you do not notify us 24 hours BEFORE your appointment you will incur a per service type cancellation fee. Again, PER cancelled service type.
Example: A Botox and Filler appointment are two services scheduled during one appointment window. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will incur a cancelation fee for each service type.
Example: A Client books a Botox and Filler appointment because they feel ready for Lip Filler. On the day of treatment, the Client decides not to proceed with the Lip Filler treatment, just Botox. The Client will incur a cancelation fee for the filler service as time was allotted for the appointment, and the service is to be cancelled within 24 hours.
Please note there are NO exceptions, nor life circumstances that will waive the Late Arrival (10 minutes), Cancellation within 24 hours, or No-Show Fee. Repeat cancelations may be subject to being required to prepay in full for future services or no longer being seen as a client. The prepaid amount will be non-refundable if the Changes/Cancellation/No-show policy is then violated for the prepaid services appointment. If a prepaid client’s appointment is rescheduled 24 hours before the appointment time, this prepaid amount will be credited for future services.
Pricing
All pricing for services and products is subject to change without notice.
If you have been given a quote for pricing of a service, it will be honored for 60 days from the date of the appointment the written quote was given.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Results are variable from client to client, and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, results cannot be guaranteed.
Services Rendered
Services that have been performed and received cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Product Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your skincare or retail product purchase, you may return the item in its original, unopened packaging within fourteen (14) days of purchase. We do not refund shipping or credit card fees.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
We do not refund nor accept returns or exchanges on medications.
All sales of gift cards are final. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards expire within one year of date of purchase.
Acknowledgment
By booking services, purchasing products, or submitting payment, you agree to comply with all policies outlined above. These terms are binding and enforceable.
Fees
Consultation Late Arrival (10 minutes), Cancellation within 24 hours, or No- Show Fee – $75.00
Aesthetic Treatment Late Arrival (10 minutes), Cancellation within 24 hours, or No-Show Fee- $150.00 per cancelled service.
IV Therapy Late Arrival (10 minutes), Cancellation within 24 hours, or No-Show Fee- Full cost of the service.
Weight Management Check in/ Lab Draw Appointment, Late Arrival (5 minutes), Cancellation within 24 hours, or No-Show Fee- $20 to be paid before being rescheduled.
Weight Loss Medication Pick Up with in person Check in Late Arrival (10 minutes), Cancellation within 24 hours, or No-Show Fee- $75 to be paid before being rescheduled.
By booking, you authorize The District Injector LLC to charge your credit card a Late Arrival (10 minutes), Treatment Cancelation or reschedule within 24 hours or No-Show Fee of $150.00 per scheduled service and/or forfeit your booking fee based on the service scheduled. All fees are based on The District Injector LCC’s discretion.
