I was being such a scaredy cheap skate and Erica did not judge or make me feel uncomfortable...I was uncertain about her recommendations and did the bare minimum. Now I want to go back to the US just to do exactly what she told me to because my forehead is so gorgeous and could have been gorgeous-ER, had I listened to her! 😀 I am, all the same so thrilled! Erica has been fantastic throughout my weight loss program. Before beginning, she thoroughly assessed my overall health and goals and then provided me with the realistic tools to meet those goals. She is very educated and informative on possible side effects, proper food/fluid intake, and how the medication works alongside lifestyle changes to provide results. I am just shy of 2 months on the program and am down about 20 pounds and am seeing & FEELING results.
